We all know the aspect of Rock Band: hit the notes at the same time as they appear on the screen. So let’s talk about what LEGO has to be bring to the game.
- Customization: You customize your LEGO musicians in various funny ways. Pirates, knights, all the LEGO favorites are represented here.
- Super-easy mode: This addition to the difficulty ensures that ANYONE can play the game, especially little kids. In place of a no fail option, Harmonix created the perfect learning mode for kids. The LEGO-easy drums allows you to keep time, but not worry about which pads you hit, so kids get an idea of rhythm before moving up to harder difficulties. For guitar, just hit the strum bar and dont worry about hitting the frets. This helps little kids learn about the band aspect rather than exemption from failing out. For you more experienced gamers, the difficulty levels will be the same so you can always put your skills to the test.

Fifa 10 at E3 09

EA sports has announced the latest addition to the Fifa franchise. Fifa 10 will include new aspects such as a full 360° range of ball movement, curving a ball around a defender, more physicality, and a much improved version of manager mode.
EA will also tweak many faulty gameplay aspects in Fifa 09. If you are a Fifa fan, buy Fifa 10 this coming October.

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction at E3 09

Sam Fisher is back with vengeance in the latest sequel to the Splinter Cell series: Conviction. As most of you know, Sam’s daughter was killed at the very beginning in Splinter Cell: Double Agent. Sam quit Third Echelon in order to find his daughter’s murderer.
Fisher doesn’t play by the rules anymore, he will kill everyone in his path to find his daughter’s killer. With the coming brutality of Sam Fisher, the stealth aspect of the game is diminished. But a system similar to the VATS system in Fallout 3 is brought into the game: Mark and Execute.
This new targeting system makes crisp, sound killings a breeze. When the icon turns red, pull the trigger and Sam scores a guaranteed kill. The system also can target multiple enemies at once, depending on the gun Sam is wielding.
Splinter Cell: Conviction also includes a new feature called Last Known Position. If Sam fires shots off in the dark, the AI will eventually figure out where he fired and head over to that spot. This “Last Known Position” is marked by a white silhouette. You can use this feature to trick foolish AI into setting off mines and walking into a face full of buckshot. However, as your AI intelligence improves, they will take caution and usually flank that position and look for places where you can be hiding.
Brutality plays an important role in Conviction. Sam breaks arms, crushes faces, and leaves enemies bent in two in an instant. Interrogation moments are even more brutal. You are in full control of Sam during interrogation moments, you can finally BRING THE PAIN! You must do whatever it takes to make your thug to spill the beans. This includes slinging a thug into a urinal, beating the guy’s head in, and even cracking his head into a mirror!
Unlike the past Splinter Cell games, Sam Fisher moves silently and quickly, like a panther. Also, there is a faster paced gameplay. Sam has no time to waste, he must be silent, quick, and proficient. Objective projections appear on important buildings, thus aiding Sam in finding his daughter’s killer.
Revenge is the new face of the Splinter Cell series. Grab the most anticipate game of the year which is released in stores on November 30, 2009

Left 4 Dead 2 at E3 09

At E3 09, a sequel to the hit zombie killer game Left 4 Dead was announced. In Left 4 Dead 2, there are new characters, new maps, new game modes, new zombies, and new weapons!
The sequel takes place in Louisiana and features daylight gameplay. Thats right, this is a whole new ball game. Weapons such as the frying pan, chainsaw, baseball bat, and axe can be used to strategically dismember a zombie (kind of like in Dead Space.) Also with the addition of new melee weapons, there is a new twist: incendiary ammunition. Thats right, incendiary ammo is scattered across a map and when picked up, all bullets will combust into flames on contact. This will come in handy on the harder difficulty levels when you are faced with hordes of zombies. But be careful not to shoot teammates!
Some new zombies include a wandering witch, a breed between a tank and a zombie called a Charger, and a Screamer which replaces the Boomer.
Another cool addition to the series is map control. The party leader will be able to change the weather, objects on the map , and routes to the safehouse. The party leader will also have the option of changing the zombie population, and sounds and effects on the map. Now you can build your ultimate zombie level! (reminds you of Forge in Halo 3)
Left 4 Dead 2 is going to be released on November 19, 2009
